What is TRE?

The body's natural movement, within an adjustable framework

TRE is a series of body-based exercises designed to invite involuntary tremors and movements. In a guided session, attention stays on sensing the body, adjusting intensity, and retaining the ability to pause or stop.

Research evidence on TRE remains preliminary and limited. It should not be presented as a definitive treatment or a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Session approach

The body does not need more pressure in order to experience

Three principles guide every session.

Safety before intensity

Tremor intensity is not a measure of success; the experience stays within your capacity.

The choice to stop

At any moment, you may reduce the movement, pause, change position, or stop completely.

Returning to balance

Breathing, orienting, and contact with the environment help the session end with greater stability.

The facilitator's role is to create a predictable experience, notice the body's signals, and keep choice visible. Nothing is forced; movement is observed and adjusted step by step.
